Adrian empowers professionals to effectively manage their career strategy and transitions, identify their transferable skills, and build their brand. He is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), mentor, and a European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global) Accredited Team Coach. He is a Master Certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Leadership Executive Coach. Adrian is accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence, Emergenetics, LEGO® Serious Play and has facilitated numerous workshops globally. He is also the Asia Strategic Partner of Meta Team, a digital team diagnostic tool.

Keith is an iconoclastic author, entrepreneur, Northern Kung Fu and Qi Gong lineage holder and authorized sifu, and Zen priest. He has footholds in both the corporate and the esoteric worlds. With deep expertise in mindfulness, embodiment, and intensive coaching, he brings insights that allow his clients to create the kinds of change that can alter the direction of their lives. He is driven by a passion for change, self-understanding, and transformation.
